5 Reasons to Invest in Real Estate

1. You Don't Have to Lift a Finger.

At A&E, a real estate investment is a private funding opportunity for you to put your money to work for you. With smaller investments, lots or land can be purchased, with $100K or more, distressed properties can be purchased and necessary renovations can be made. You can look at your project’s funding, see the process of how your funding is at work, and, at the end, see the transformation of the property. A&E is responsible for the entire project and you’ll get your investment back plus interest at the end of the project. Yes, you read that correctly, you don’t have to lift one hammer!


2. Minimal Risk.

It is a personal goal of ours to purchase the property at the right price so that we can make a safe deal. All of your funding will have a mortgage note on the property along with a private note and it will be recorded on the deed. As with any investment, there will always be risks. We believe short term lending gives everyone the opportunity to keep an eye on the market and the world status, to minimize those risks.


3. ROI is Compounded Monthly.

Typical return rates are 10-15% depending on the individual investor. This includes the length and size of investment. Interest is compounded monthly on all investments.


4. Short-Term Lending.

If you’ve been interested in investment in the past, but haven’t wanted to make any long term commitments, then real estate investment could be right for you! On average, our investment terms are one year. However, there are options for a 6 month investment or longer investment based on the size of the project.

All of our funding interest is compounded monthly from the time we purchase the real estate to renovation to going back on the market and finally being sold again.


5. Real Estate Investment Samples.

Sample 1: A $60,000.00 investment for 12-months, at 10% compound interest, that is tied to a mortgage would yield an ROI of $6,284.00.

Sample 2: A $60,000.00 investment for 12-months, at 15% compound interest, that is tied to an LLC would yield an ROI of $9,647.00.
