Before we can begin your home building journey, you'll need to get pre-approved. Click here to get started with your pre-approval by one of our recommended loan programs. Additionally, there is a brief online survey we will send you that will allow us to understand your goals better.
At our first meeting, we'll get to know you and your lifestyle. You can bring any floor plan ideas you have and also take a look at our standard floor plans. From there, we will come up with a budget and build timeline. This is also where you will sign a contract and put down a 1% deposit if you wish to move forward.
As you're finalizing your floor plan, you'll also be meeting with our designer. Throughout these meetings, you'll pick everything from your roof color to your sink faucets. You will be able to see all of your choices in-person in our design room or in our vendor's showrooms, so you can be certain you love your choices.
This is your final meeting before breaking ground! At this meeting, we'll confirm every detail of the build, including timeline, your floor plan, selections, and answer any other questions you may have.
A typical build is about 120 days. Of course this is dependent on the weather and materials. We will keep you up to date on the progress of your home every step of the way!
Pre-Closing & Settlement
Once we are finished with the build process and awaiting the Certificate of Occupancy, we will do a final walk through with you at your home to ensure you love it. Then we go to settlement and hand you the keys to your dream home! Stay in touch and we will see you in a year for your 1-year home walk-through.
